I believe fitness isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about freedom. It’s about finding the thing you love doing so health becomes something you enjoy — not just another box to check. That’s where sustainability lives. That’s where purpose begins.
I haven’t always been this way — in fact, I used to weigh 275 pounds. I didn’t enjoy eating good foods, walking, or working out. I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To feel like you’ll never change. But by God’s mercy and grace, I did — and now I help other men do the same.
I overcame drug, alcohol, and food addiction. I lost over 100 pounds. I’ve since rebuilt my foundation and body, earned multiple certifications, and logged thousands of hours coaching men just like you. I’m an avid runner and lifter and enjoy hitting PR’s in the gym just as much as I do running in the mountains. But none of that means as much to me as seeing someone truly transform — inside and out.
My approach combines physical training with mindset work and spiritual growth, because real change doesn’t come from willpower alone — it comes from alignment.

If you're training at home, we can build a custom plan using whatever you’ve got—whether it’s bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or a simple setup in your garage. We’ll meet you where you’re at and still get you strong, lean, and consistent.

We recommend weighing in daily—but not to obsess over the number.
Daily weigh-ins allow us to track your weekly average, which gives us reliable data to assess fat loss (typically 1–2 pounds per week). One-off weigh-ins can be misleading due to water weight and normal fluctuations, so consistency helps us make smarter adjustments to keep you progressing.
There’s also a mental component.
What gets measured gets improved—and daily tracking helps keep your goals top of mind, improving discipline and decision-making throughout the day.
This isn’t about perfection or pressure.

Yes—you can still enjoy alcohol in moderation.
This program is built for real life, not perfection. If you enjoy the occasional drink, we’ll show you how to factor it into your nutrition plan without sabotaging your progress.
That said, we’ll always keep it honest: alcohol can slow down fat loss, impact recovery, and affect energy. So the goal is balance and intentionality, not restriction or guilt.
