I haven’t always been the man I am today.

In the past I battled addiction, binge eating, laziness, and a lifestyle that left me feeling stuck, ashamed, and unfulfilled. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not like what you see—not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally too.

But by the grace of God, everything changed.

Through years of discipline, faith, and guidance, I rebuilt my life. I developed a strong body, a healthy relationship with food, and a mindset rooted in purpose. I’m no longer enslaved to the things that once held me down. I wake up every day proud of the man I’ve become—physically strong, spiritually grounded, and clear in my mission.

That mission?
To help other men experience the same freedom.

I coach men to get in the best shape of their lives—inside and out. I carry multiple certifications, thousands of hours of coaching experience, and a system that delivers results. But more importantly, I bring my heart, my testimony, and my full commitment to seeing you win.

I believe fitness isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about freedom. It’s about finding the thing you love doing so health becomes something you enjoy — not just another box to check. That’s where sustainability lives. That’s where purpose begins.

I haven’t always been this way — in fact, I used to weigh 275 pounds. I didn’t enjoy eating good foods, walking, or working out. I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To feel like you’ll never change. But by God’s mercy and grace, I did — and now I help other men do the same.

I overcame drug, alcohol, and food addiction. I lost over 100 pounds. I’ve since rebuilt my foundation and body, earned multiple certifications, and logged thousands of hours coaching men just like you. I’m an avid runner and lifter and enjoy hitting PR’s in the gym  just as much as I do running in the mountains. But none of that means as much to me as seeing someone truly transform — inside and out.

My approach combines physical training with mindset work and spiritual growth, because real change doesn’t come from willpower alone — it comes from alignment.

Most of our guys train just 30–45 minutes per session, 3 to 4 times per week. That’s it.

You don’t need hours in the gym or daily two-a-days. You need a proven system, efficient workouts, and consistency.

Whether you’ve got 15 minutes or a full hour, we’ll design a plan that fits your schedule—and gets results.

This program is built for real men with real responsibilities. Faith, family, business—we help you stay dialed in without sacrificing what matters most.

While we generally recommend training at a gym—because it provides access to a full range of equipment and the ability to maximize your transformation—you don’t need a gym to get results.

One of the strengths of this program is flexibility.

If you're training at home, we can build a custom plan using whatever you’ve got—whether it’s bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or a simple setup in your garage. We’ll meet you where you’re at and still get you strong, lean, and consistent.

It’s not about perfect conditions—it’s about having the right strategy.

Yes, we’ll set calorie and protein targets… but you’ll still enjoy things like burgers, pizza, or ice cream in moderation. It’s not about cutting foods out—it’s about learning how to make them fit.

You won’t feel like you’re “on a diet.”
You’ll feel in control—and finally free from food guilt.

We recommend weighing in daily—but not to obsess over the number.

Daily weigh-ins allow us to track your weekly average, which gives us reliable data to assess fat loss (typically 1–2 pounds per week). One-off weigh-ins can be misleading due to water weight and normal fluctuations, so consistency helps us make smarter adjustments to keep you progressing.

There’s also a mental component.
What gets measured gets improved—and daily tracking helps keep your goals top of mind, improving discipline and decision-making throughout the day.

This isn’t about perfection or pressure.
It’s about building awareness, consistency, and results that last.

Yes—you can still enjoy alcohol in moderation.

This program is built for real life, not perfection. If you enjoy the occasional drink, we’ll show you how to factor it into your nutrition plan without sabotaging your progress.

That said, we’ll always keep it honest: alcohol can slow down fat loss, impact recovery, and affect energy. So the goal is balance and intentionality, not restriction or guilt.

You’ll learn how to manage social situations, weekends, and celebrations while staying aligned with your goals—because freedom with discipline leads to results that last.
